Design and proof review

Review the part geometry, features and depths, material, quantity, and proof before approval. Raise any discrepancy or critical requirement with the shop. Changes to confirmed geometry require confirmation again.

Materials, timing, and collection

Material availability and production capacity affect scheduling. Coordinate customer-supplied sheets and collection with the shop. The owner must approve any deadlines, storage policy, late-collection charges, or disposal provisions; none are established by this draft.

Changes, cancellations, remakes, and refunds

Contact the shop with the order number and a description of the issue or requested change. Keep the relevant proof and photographs available for review. Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, inspection periods, and remake remedies remain subject to owner review; this draft does not guarantee an outcome.

Design files and ownership
